PR 11 is a long grain Non Basmati Rice and is known for its quality of fast cooking. This rice is rich in carbohydrates, is non-sticky after cooking and has uniform grain size. PR11 rice is mostly grown in Plains of Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab.
